King British WS3 white spot terminator (1ml every 90 litres) and tank upto 30ºC (steadily increase you temp a few degrees each hour ) :good:

Good luck

its 2 late he died this morning :-(

thank u 4 ur post anyway and ill get treatment to keep in the house just incase any other fish get it ASAP!
does whitespot spread???
what causes it???

thanks!

sorry to hear that =[

but yes whitespot does spread unfortunately, I believe that it can also live in the substrate waiting for a fish host, so its probably worth treating that tank!

every fish has whitespot to some degree its only when they are stressed due to bullying or bad water quality that it shows up

do you know what your water quality is like? ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph etc? if not its probably worth taking a sample to your lfs as that could have been the cause of the whitespot
