I have white for the first time since i have set my tank up. The tank has been running for 6 month and this is my first experience of white spot, EVER!! I have already lost a Black Neon, Lyretail Killifish and a big Bronze Cory. I have been to my local aquatic shop and they have given me 'PROTOZON'. Is this any good?

I am on my second day of treament and the fish which are showing the spots are showing no change. How long does it take for the spots to clear and whats the best thing to do after the course of treatment has finished?

Please help me!!!

Thanks

I use protozin quite often and yes if you repeat the treat every 3 days for 12 days then this should eradicate the problem.
Raising the temp to 82-84 oF will also kill the problem but that all depends if you fish will take the higher temps.
