You do need to re-test the water once you begin having problems. What do you mean by the levels were "safe"? Also, there is no such thing as a safe ammonia level or safe nitrite level, other than zero. Stress zyme won't add the beneficial bacteria that are needed to break down the waste.
When you re-test the water, please post the exact results, not just safe.

My two kissing now have serious white spot and are just sitting at the bottom. They also seem to have cloudy eyes. By blue dwarfs seem to have caught it too and looks like one is about to kick it..
Any ideas what i should do?
I am still treating with Protozin at the moment.
Thanks,
Neil
You are going to have this trouble until you get your tank cycled. I would recommend raising the temp. to 85 degrees and do daily water changes until you get rid of the ich, then take the temp back down. You could add some salt if they are no scaless fish in the tank..After you get rid of ich you still need to do water changes of about 25 percent daily. This will save your fish until you get your cycling done. I hate using that medicine for ich it stresses out the fish to much for me..
