White Spot? Water Flea?

Been treating my 180L tropical tank for what we thought was white spot, my clown loaches appear to have it and a couple of other fish but on changing water after a weeks treatment I can see what looks like tiny brown "water fleas" hopping over the water and clinging to the side just above water line and on the side of the filter. I really haven't a clue what it could be but I am losing fish and need help fast please?? I got a new batch of fish from a different supplier and it seems to have come in with them - not going back there in a hurry!
Any fast help would be good thanks!

ok can you give me pictures of the fleas and you fish that have the spots?

Tried to reply once but think I lost it?
I have tried to take pics but it only comes up as a blurry mess! Camera not good enough I think. Loach isn't playing the game either and is hiding just now. I don't think the 2 are related and I think I need to up the temp a couple of degrees to get rid of the white spot?
