White Spot Treatment & Vallis

Hi!
I am treating my tank with king british white spot and my gigantica vallis have melted into barely nothingness...along with my sagittaria, is it worth leaving whats in there to recover (will it??) or should i remove whats left incl roots and start afresh wen the treatment is finished?

... school girl error with the ich i used the same net from my qt in my main tank i am kicking myself for being so stupid, i havent lost any fish so i think i got it early enough

Hiya yes it is... ive taken the vallis/sag out today and removed the dying leaves and put whats left (very little above the crown) in plastic tubs. the roots are bright white and there are a few brand new shoots so i think it will pull through... i am being hopeful anyway lol
