hi, i no this has been covered time and time again but i would like some advice please
i first noticed my smallest clown loach had 2 white spots on him so i done what is advised i have turned my tank up to 30 and treated with half recomended dose of interpet and repeated dose 3 days later, which was yesterday, i woke up this morning and it is covered in white spots, he is still eating and is active,
`i was woundering wether to change the treatment and if so which one should i go for and should i do a 50% water change before trying another treatment
he is the only one that has the white spot it has disapeared off my other clown loach
any advice greatfully received

The problem with half dosing it that it takes longer.
If you think the fish are coping with the med could always take the dosage to three quarters.
Plenty of aeration.

Keep the aertion up and a 15% water change is good before a treatment.

thanks he is still feeding and playing so i will give it till day 3 do a water change and give them a stronger dose

Keep an eye on the fish when you add abit more of the med.
Good luck.

how long should it take before i notice the difference and the spots disapearing ?
ive done my water change and done the increased treatment they still seem ok

Sorry never can tell it depends on the fish.
But increasing the dose if they can cope with it might speeds things up.
Good luck.
