i'm pretty sure my guppy has ick, and my pleco seems he might have some too, i also have a apple snail(no signs). I've been reading that you can use a salt treatment combined with raising the temp of the tank, i'm wondering if this is better than the store bought ick cure(wich i used a while ago got rid of it but came back weeks later). Anyone have any experience with salt treatment, any info would be great

I wouldn't go with that salt and temp method to be honest.
You will have to remove the snail if the fish look like they have been sprinkled in salt.
