White Spot On Electric Yellow

i have an electric yellow that has become sick. IT has a white spot on its side and is very skinny.

Not sounding to promising, has the fish gone skinny through not eating, how big is the whitespot and iis it fluffy looking, does it have a red circling around it, or a red spot in the centre of it.
