White Spot In X2 Tanks :-(

I've had a breakout of white spot in 2 of my tanks. Had a batch of rummynose tetra that were infected.
My little ember tetras are in a bad way. The fish in the bigger tank are not showing as much of the disease the embers.

I have added a does of 2 stage treatment & increased the temp gradually to 86 degrees

Is there anything else I should be doing?

Yes, aquarium salt too. Add 1 tablespoon for every 5 gallons of water i believe it is
 
and 30 percent water changes daily with the continued dosage of "quick cure"
 
OH and take a razor blade to the inside of your glass to clean it. and continue with the water changes

Not too sure about the aquarium salt - I'm sure different fish have different tolerances to it and can do more damage than good.
 
Depending on the strain of ich the treatment you use may be ineffective so keep in mind you might have to find a separate treatment.
 
I used Waterlife Protozin effectively to treat my Clown Loaches who were riddled with it.
