White Spot Help Needed

I believe that two of my fish in my 64L have white spot/ich.
One is one of my male endlers. He has a single spot on his tail, and he's constantly swimming up and down the glass, which I take to be flicking?
The other is my blue platy. Although I'm not sure that she has it, she does have a white blob on her mouth, and I think that could be a spot.
Could you please advise me on the best treatment to use? I'll get it tomorrow at around 3pm (once I finish school) and start using it right then. I think I've caught it early, so hopefully I won't loose any fish.

doesnt sound like ich to me....

whitespot/ich is pretty obvious as it almost looks like the fish is covered in tiny granules like sand or salt. a single spot doesnt sound like ich.

flashing is when a fish will flick off decor due to something irritating it its quite obvious once you have seen it once but fish may flash at any time it doesnt mean they are ill but do keep an eye on them.

without a picture its hard to diagnose but it doesnt sound like ich to me. a white blob on the mouth could be a bacterial issue so dont treat unless totally sure what the problem is

First thing i would do is a 50% water change, then increase the temp a couple of degrees (increasing the temperature helps the parasite go through its life cycle faster and move to the water borne stage), then continue with daily 50% water changes until the white spot has gone.

Okay. I can try to get a pic, but the endlers are really quite! I may be able to get a picture of the platy, though?

I did a small water change today, so I won't do another yet, but I can turn the heater up a little bit. It's at 26 degrees C now, so how much should I put it up?

dont turn the heat up as if its bacterial it will cause it to grow more as most bacteria thrive in warmer conditions.

diagnose the issue first before doing anything
