My girlfriend has recently set up a new tank with a couple white skirt tetras which have been rehomed from an established tank. Water parameters are all good for the species but one of them is acting strange. One of the tetras, after 4 days in the tank, has started sitting on the bottom of the tank, sometimes on the side and seeming to struggle swimming. There is also a bunch of what looks like a white cluster of eggs hanging out of the vent. Is the fish laying eggs? Would this cause the strange lethargic begaviour? The other 4 tetras seem perfectly healthy. PLEASE HELP!
Thanks in advance!
