I have treated with the Maracyn 1 twice already. Not helping. The water is horribly cloudy, but I can't do I water change because I'm using that medicine. He just might be a goner.

When you do a waer change you just add the correct amount of med back to the water removed, so if you remove a gallon, you add the amount of med to the gallon removed.

Also, if he does make it, will his tail ever grow back with some medication?

He seems happy atleast. When I come in, he is up near the top, but not always. He swims with the other fish quite a bit too.
