White Lump On Rams Head

Have just noticed this white lump on the male rams head, the bump is just above his eyes in the middle of his head and looks a bit like an ulcer. He is still acting normally and fed ok this morning.
I have some Interpet anti internal bateria which says it can be used to treat ulcers(open sores) but this bump is not open so i'm wondering if it could be hole in the head which seems to affect Chiclids.

I have a hospital tank at the ready if needed, but thought i should get other peoples advise first.

My main tank has been cycled for 7 months now and the stats are P.H 7.8, amm 0, nitrite 0 and nitrate 20

Carry on with the med, no it not hole in the head as that pitting, like small pencil holes on the head.
