White Lines On My Neons

Hi,

I've had a look at my fish this morning to find 3 neons with white lines at the front of one of their bottom fins, and one neon dead - this one hadn't been looking well for a good while though so I'm not sure if its connected.

I've attached a pic for diagnosis - is it a problem or just another marking that I havent noticed before? All three fish have them in the same place.
