White Fluff Again, And Lumps

Thanks so much for your help so far - I will try to take a better photo tomorrow. Will also buy the meds & give them a try.

Poor molly was up in the corner this evening.

what could be the cause of all this do you think?

Bacteria lives in tank water thats why is so important to keep up with maintance.
Bacteria can enter a fish through cuts and wounds.

We have been very good with maintenance - keeping up with weekly water changes. stats all look good.
Anyway - havent got better photo of tetra yet - looking more lump-like on the tail. Molly looking slightly less fluffy, but popeyes are worse. Blue Tetra with lump-no change.
Started with Primafix & Interpet No9 this evening. Hope it helps!

mollies are terrible for popeye and white spot, i would consider a change of species!

When you say more lumpy on the tetra does it look like the spots are joining up.

Hmm - so hard to see exactly - looks like a few smallish white lumps under the skin just at the base of the tail. Dont seem to be joining up.
ANy cure for the tumor on Blue Tetra? Or is it best to get rid of him?

So the lumps look like there under the skin.
Your'e using a bacterial med anyway just hope that clears it up, but dosn't sound to good.

And to make things more interesting..... we just had a power cut!!!!

Oh that not good, never rains but pours.
You have meds in the tank.
Keep stirring the water around with hands for aeration.
Whats location if you don't mind me asking.

Power is back on again, so hopefully wont be too bad.
Tank is in the hallway - no natural light at all.
