I think that 1 of my cardinal tetras may have white fin disease he has a few white spots on his fins but nowhere else like his mouth just yet. If i feel that he has is it contageous or just independant cases any advice please !

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
If the spots are the size of a grain of salt it sounds like whitespot.
If the spots are bigger it something else.
