White Film Over Clown Loach!?

Hi

My clown loach has white film over him like dead skin and is pealing off in the water also some like pits in his skin to what is this?

Need alot more info.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
What you are describing can be due to bad water quality, parasites to bacterial.
Is the fish flicking and rubbing on objects.
