This morning I noticed my mystery snail appeared dead and at the same time, I saw that there were little white dots scattered around my tank walls. There are probably 20-25 of these spots in my 20 gallon. After taking a closer look at my snail, it looks like there were a few on my snail’s shell. I got this snail from the pet store and bought it thinking it was a mystery snail. Is it possible that these are eggs and my snail is actual a nerite snail? I’m mostly concerned that this could be ich. So far, my fish look fine - no white spots or anything. These white spots look round but almost flat and are small but don’t look as small as I have that I’ve seen in other pictures

. I only see them on the walls and my snail - none on the ground or my other snail which I think is a black mystery snail. Is this something that could harm my fish or my other snail?

The white dots look like nerite eggs but the snail on the photo is not a nerite snail. It doesn't look quite right for a mystery snail though. Could you take a couple more photos from different angles, and the black snail as well, please.

Sure! Hopefully these pictures aren’t too blurry
