planets? or plants? as i plan to add some living plants soon reading up on the minnow they like some foliage cover to sleep in

:edit: have no fear people the water is actually crystall clear just some glare of the camera has turned it all brown

Your tank would look better with some bogwood and live plants! or even some big rocks

........total re-change gone from 2 gallon to 15 gallon slowly setting the tank up and got a few live plants, desperatly needs a bigger filter though and could do with a propper hood, pics coming soon

i spotted a lonesome minnow in a tank with fancy goldfish i had to take him home seemed unfair this single white cloud hovering around looking for friends, hes also slighlty bigger than my original ones bit worried as he hasnt spread his fins yet even the tail seems quite flat

and the new guy(s) bought 2 bronze cory's been motionless really took a while to find each other but they perked up and wont leave one anothers side now apart from when they decide to surface which i find amusing they just fly to the water surface wrigling away..........even if theres a school of minnows in thier path .........question is do i switch to sand........deffinetly going to get a few bags of smaller gravel for them

smaller gravel isnt neccesarily necessary - if your gravel is flat and smooth faced - you should be grand

sand change has been worth its weight in gold the cory's never rest, ill try get a better image when the dust has settled and the water is clearer

in the long run it will be replaced with some natural rock providing the same sort of cover, it gives the fish some hiding space and its open at the back with a slate over the top to provide extra cover,

earlier the minnows ventured into the lower regions of the tank fluttering thier fins at each other a cory popped its head out the middle to see what all the comotion was about and they all shot back up to the surface
