white bumps appeared on angelfish

in the last 10 minutes, 2 white bumps have appeared by my angelfishes eye..they dont look like ich as they are protruding ... any ideas??

could be popeye. i would quarantine the fish. if the eye starts to look like it is blistered, treat immediately. ich is a parasite that burrows under the scales of the fish.

Without more of a description its hard to tell what it could be. Quarintine immediatly so as to minimize it spreading. A touch of salt wouldnt be a bad idea either.

i cant put salt in as i have clown loaches and i dont have a quarantine tank

i'll try to get a picture of it, it seems to have gone down so it might be hard though
