White bugs, invertebrates I think?

I will try and post a video, I have a full on bloom of these in my shrimp/plant 10 gal tank. I think they are harmless and the populations have significantly declined now but I would like confirmation they are harmless. I am setting up my 55 gal tank soon and these plants will be going in so these hitchhikers will probably come along.this is not the best video but the only one I can attach.

They look like seed shrimp, completely harmless. Fish will eat them, and you can control the population by not over feeding
That's what I was thinking too, though it's hard to see in the picture. Could possibly be daphnia too. Both are harmless. Daphnia are good fish food. Seed shrimp are too if you have tough-jawed fish.
