Which Malawi Chichlids Can I Have?

Hi folks. Looking to stock my tank with malawi chichlids I have done a little research on which ones I can get I want ones that arnt aggresive. I love the look of yellow labs what other ones can I mix with them. I have a 190 liter corner tank so how many could I get in 15-19?
