Which Light For My Nano Tank?

I have an aquanano 40, measurements are 40cm x 40cm x 40cm, and it holds about 12g excluding the filter housing at the back.
I have growing in there: hair grass, vall, hc, willow moss, and micro swords.

The LFS recommended these 2 lights, and I'm not sure which is best for me.

They are;

Eheim aqualight LED 12V

Or

Kessil amazon sun 30W

Any advice is appreciated. I have no idea about lights x)

What do you have? freshwater of saltwater? The eheim is suitable for freshwater. THe kessil is more on the saltwater side light

I have freshwater. The LFS guy said he thought the Eheim would be okay, but perhaps a little on the weak side for my tank's dimensions.
 
The price difference is huge... The Eheim is $150, and the Kessil is $350.
