i voted before as i like how the bogwood is placed and the plants are more established, but as the after one grows in more then it will look just as good. nice looking tank though. do you have fish in it?

I prefer the before but I think it would look nicer if the plants weren't so evenly spaced. Adds a touch of artificialness (new word?) to it. The back is too even and would look a bit better if it were more uneven like in the after shot. How would it look with both bits of wood on the same side? Just a thought.

I chose before because i think the tank looks alot better with all the extra planting in the background, it makes the tank look more complete and less scattered- its still very nice either way around though

I chose 'before' because I like the lay of the wood in the first one. It adds height. THe plants actually look good both ways, though.
