Which Heater To Use

hi i have just purchased a 30 litre biorb and wish to change it to have tropical fish do i have to use a special biorb heater or can i use any other heater

never owned a birob but assume any heater around the 50w mark would be fine just dont no how you would attach it as your tank is round lol

You can have any heater, just make sure it's wattage is appropriate to your tank size. Avoid the heaters that have a pre-set temperature. I use Eheim Jager heaters in all my tanks. They are quite accurate.

any heater will be ok. as a really basic rule, 1W per litre of water.

Good morning and welcome to the forums! Any heater will work. Just make sure you anchor it so it doesn't float to the top.
