Which Frozen Food

I feed my fish on Tetra colour pro flake and once a week ifeed them live brine shrimp from the lfs. After reading up on the benefits of frozen food, i fed mine daphnia today using a product called 'Ocean Nutrition'. Just curious as to whether anyone has opinions on a certain brand they use or are they all very much the same?

Imo, most frozen foods are pretty much the same.
I feed cyclops to my tetras & Cpd's, daphnia & bloodworm to my other fish

Thanks for that Cazgar.
It was just that i read that some companies put extra vitamins into their products, but my fish went mad for the food so thats fine by me

i have rummynose tetras, cherry barbs, 2 freshwater angels, misc corys (sterbai, bronze) a pleco and an upside down cat fish.. any idea's on some good frozen food i can feed them and now long the stuff lasts? ive always done flakes and wanting to try something different thats good for them. ((they are pigs and always hungry))

My corys go mad for bloodworm.
Frozen food lasts for ages, if you don't want to use a whole block, I cut it in half, put the rest back in the freezer
