Where does a question about sourcing bumblebee gobies in the UK go?
Oddballs?

I just dont know....

Yeah it's pretty good. A few of the staff know their stuff, they're careful over what they sell to whom, and the tanks are well maintained. They're not the cheapest, so for things like neons you're better off elsewhere. Lots of accessories for sale, huge range of foods, lots of mopani to choose from. I rate it personally.

Not a huge selection of fish, but they do have a good range, from Africal cichlids to puffers, the odd ray, birchirs, red clawed crabs and the usual tropical stock. Never had an unhelathy fish from there either which is a big barometer for me. Their stock levels vary though, so it's worth giving them a bell and checking if they've had a delivery. They are crap for plants most of the time.

If you're coming to Bristol, you should pop into Wyvale Garden center on the A4. They tend to be a bit sparse on the tropicals, but do have some good examples of larger fish like plecs, clown loaches, silver sharks etc. Their top selling point though is the marine section, it's great to have a look around.

It's just off the dual carriageway after the last roundabout before Bristol. If you see Halfords/Pets at home/MacDonalds/Jaguar dealership you've gone a few hundred yards too far. It's only accessible from the Bath-Bristol side of the dual carriageway.

Both of these are good shops and give me free snails for my clown loaches!

Great - many thanks indeed
Wyevale is much nearer so will check that out today - maybe swing by Almondsbury as well :)

thanks for the info
