Which Fitler Sponges Are Needed?

Pls help. Which arrangement of sponges is best for my juwel 400?? I have that hula hoop stuff in the botton btw.

if it's the standard juwel filter they go back to front (eg course to fine/carbon then the floss on top)

if its the one with two baskets. in the bottom its coarse sponge x2. then in the top bsket, from bottom upwards its fine blue sponge, nitrite removal (then carbon if used) then filter floss
