Which fish would you choose

I want the two-foot long menacing-looking catfish (no, I don't remember what kind it is) at the LFS. Or a huge but colorful pleco. I like the fins and colors of the Sailfin, but there are just so many colors and "looks" to choose from... Only problem is I'd be a bit freaked out by putting my hand in the tank! (I know, I'm like the only person in the world who has fish and is afraid of touching them. Very strange.)

By the way, I've heard a lot of people saying that they wish for/want/love clownfish. Having had little exposure to them, can someone tell me why? (No offense intended.) Is it that they're cute and very colorful, or do they have some sort of endearing personality that draws people to them? [Or is it just the Nemo factor...] Just curious. They come up a lot.

if u seem them in person they stand out so much its like they arent even real. Ill be getting a clownfish and lionfish ( not in the same tank of course) THeyre both cool fish.

See -- once these fish have acclimated, they sneak out in the middle of the night and do your laundry! If you're very careful, you can catch them in the act!

If only! I would need a few to cope with the domestics around this place!

I would like a decent school of Bala Sharks and Clown Loaches in the same tank. This is achievable, and I think my hubby will be thankful I don't set my sights too high!

A Candirú fish or a live feeding Pirahna.

If we're allowed any fish at all I'd go for Sharky and George!

I can't pick just one because my favorite fish must be in a school.

I'd still keep corys, but I'd like a tank big enough to house thousands of them. Imagine a giant school of corys all swimming up and down and back and forth at the same time! WOW!!!!

Candiru, huh? Wasn't that fish being advertised on Aquabid as a fish that climbed up other animals...err...butt? I'm still questioning the existence of such a fish, lol.
