I have a 85 gallon tank with 3 ancitrus, 6 corydoras aenus and 1 big pleco.
Which fish do YOU want to put in with these?

The fish must not eat plants or any of my fishes and should be maximum 35cm and doesnt mind to be a loner.

I want some type of chicilds (not angelfish) something spesial , i would love oscars, but they eat plants. So no.

Any ideas, suggestions are welcome.

Well i was going to say rainbow fish until you said cichlid, you will get more answers if you post in the cichlid section i've never kept them but wouldn't a lot of them eat corys?
Have a look in the profiles section and see what takes your fancy, then ask if they are compatible with the fish you have.

They don't eat plants, but they love redecorating the tank and will end up killing them. They'd also enjoy the tasty corydora treats.

With corys in the tank you need to be very careful with your fish selection. You would need to go with something small, relatively peaceful, and of course, won't dig up or eat plants. You're option are very limited. Small ones like Rams and Keyholes would work, but forget any larger types.

yeah, Rainbows would be a nice centerpiece for a tank like that. I dont know how deep into fishkeeping you want to go, but you could try the challenge of keeping discuss... They're a tough fish to care for because they require softer water at a lower pH ~6.5 and are pretty delicate fish, but absoloutely gorgeous looking IMO. if not discuss, you could try some larger breeds of catfish, perhaps some Opaline Gouramis or maybe some larger eels :dunno:
