Which Filter Should I Use?

I'm thinking about getting an external filter for my 10 gallon tank since i have a bubbler. Which filters are recommended and aren't too expensive? I would like one that is durable too Any help is appreciated

I was thinking of the Tetra whisper 10i, it seems like a good choice, is it?

I have the Marineland Penguin 100 Bio Wheel filter on my 10 gallon fry tank & it works great.
