hi, i'm looking for some crypts for my 4 ft community tank, i have 1.25 wpg of t8 florescent tubing, no co2, and i dose 3ml of tpn+ daily. which crypts would you suggest.
cheers

All of the species would be fine, my preference is willisii as I prefer the greener species, I find this type also grows quite compact compared to becketii.

I have
Crypt balansae
Crypt retrospiralis
Cryptocoryne pontederifoli
Crypt petchii

all do well with low light I use excle on my plants. The crypt that is in the tank with better light 1.5 wpg grows faster. My Cryptocoryne pontederifolia needs a bit more light then the others. I had the lights off on my tank for 3 days and this plant started to die off. It grew back and is doing great. It grows pretty fast for a crypto
