Whether My Molly Is Pregnant

My white molly fish is showing aggression sometimes,and i brought her about a month ago. i thought she was pregnant because there was the gravid spot becoming clearer. But it disappeared in the last week. I know it sounds stupid, but i,m sure she didn't conceive.Please tell me how long will the gestation period continue for a maximum. She has a fat tummy(not a bulged one) from the time i bought her.

between 4 to 6 weeks. i have a few mollies that i breed. i noticed it came then slightly disappeared but once she had squared off front of tummy and back of tummy was squared off it appeared massive and then with in an hour i had 26 fry. kept 10 and feed the rest to my tank.

i had fry last night my molly wasnt showing any signs of dropping last night 1am and come down this morning 9am to 5 that i can find

yer they are little buggers they just drop some times

Tell me about it thing is i got mine from my lfs yesterday and i asked for 1 preg female as it would give me a chance to set up my breeder tank and the women gave me 4!!!!!! so from now and the next 4 weeks im expecting 4 more drops !!!!

yep lol if your breeding tank is not set up then just let them get eaten in the main tank. also with your breeding tank you have to do water changes every other day becomes a bit well anoying lol i kept my first drop now i just let my angels eat them.

I think some have been eaten but as I said I've manged to save 5 and I'm not to fussed about the water changing all part of keeping fish Healthy and happy I guess lol
