Where To Buy A Filled Co2 Tank In The Usa

Hi, 
 
I'm kinda new to the country and don't really know where to get a CO2 tank for my planted aquarium (filled). I've been told that I can get it at brew shops, but I was wondering if there are other possibilities like gas stations or the like.
 
I live in New Haven CT, if that helps.

Welding supply stores are a good choice as well... that's where I got mine filled.
 
They also do an exchange with empty tanks, and you only pay for the gas, not the testing - assuming the tank is either from them or within the expiration date period.

Or you get lucky like I did and a friend gives you a 20Lb tank for free, and you just exchange it.
