Where Do You Keep Your Bettas ?

So where do you keep your betta fishes ?? because i keep mine in my room i have 9 bettas and it makes my room smell like old unchanged fish water... is there a way to prevent this from happening

I got 11 small tanks in my kitchen and it dont smell at all, just a bit doggy sometimes!!

i have my betta in a tank right by my bed, and never any smell

Our family's 3 bettas (2 are mine and 1 is my sisters) are kept on top of a cabinet in our office.

The more you do water changes, the less they will smell...

I keep my 7 bettas on my tv unit.. right above the tv... in my bedroom.

2 are kept in my room, the spawn tank is in my room, the smaragdina tank is in my brothers room and i have my special needs fish in my cupboard that i modified

Your tanks shouldn't smell if you do proper water changes... even with my nose right above the water, none of mine smell. I keep mine in my computer room and bedroom

I keep all of my bettas in my room. And my mom has three in the living room. Even though I've been blessed with a rather large room, I still don't have as much room for tanks as I wish.

I have one in a seven gallon on my computer desk in my bedroom, and one in a 20 gallon between the desk and the TV. I've run out of room for tanks becuase I'm not allowed to have any throughout the house, and I like keeping bettas in large filtered and cycled tanks. (Personal choice - I think they take a lot less work this way!)

I've woken up to my room smelling like boiled cabbage, but never stinky fish water. (The snails get cooked collard greens - now I feed them in the morning before I go to work!)

i put my noise over the bowls and smelled the water, there is actually only two of them that stinks... the one with the plants stink and the bowl with my oldest fish stinks, ionno i change the water like every 1 and a half weeks... for some reason the water with my old fish turns yellow ?

My 20 galon is under my t.v in my room. And the Betta i just got today is in his 2.5 gallon on a table next to my computer desk, in my room.

i now keep my bettas in tanks with filters...two bettas share a divided, filtered, heated tank..and one betta has filtered 2.5 gallon...even when i kept them in unfiltered bowls, they never stunk...but also did water changes every 4-5 days...
