It looks like driftwood with moss growing on it attached with suction cups.

I probably should have clarified it at the start, but i did mean any other decorations like this.

I've never seen them. It'd be pretty easy to make it yourself I'd guess though .

I've seen them, I think Tropica make them.  My local Pets at Home sells them sometimes.
