Where Can I Purchase Lots Of Plants In Bulk And Cheap?

If you have not been following my 45 gallon tall thread, I am looking to purchase lots of plants for my 45 gallon tank I am setting up.
 
The plants are all going to be low light, so I mostly want swords, crypts, anubias, possibly some simple stem plants, and lots of mosses. Where can I get all these plants for the cheapest price possible? I will be buying a lot of plants and my budget is around $50-$100
 
Any websites I can purchase from? Ebay? Aquabid?
 
Also any light suggestions? What fixture should I purchase for a low light setup? I was thinking of the finnex planted+ but idk if that is too much light.

You can usually find a good amount on aquabid.

Im usually giving away loads of plants from my main tank, they just don't stop growing.... I off load them on gumtree, you can also find some great deals on ebay if they are auctioned off.

You can try amazon.com.  Typing "Live Aquarium Plants"  will give you 115 hits.  Not all will actually be aquarium plants but a lot are.  If you know the name of one particular plant you want type that in.  There is a good chance someone on Amazon has some for sale.
