Fish Fanatic
so far i have lost 9 neon tetras, and a few pristellas. not sure whats going on, ph, amonia, nitrates, nitrites all fine. i must add that this is an established, heavily planted 55 gallon running double filtration. all fish have been with us for 2 years....and have never lost one.....so this is very confusing....as for symptoms....fish seem to be hiding more, less active, and some of them apear to be bloated. although the dead neons had no teltale symptoms....there are no visual symptoms...no ick, no fungus ect....although my bloated dwarf gourami had some stingy white poo.. some of the fish seem fine also(whiptail fins nice and high, as well as twig fish catfish)
i need to know what this could be, if i keep waking up to dead fish soon the tank will be empty!
i also need treatment thats safe for:
bleeding hearts
pristellas
dwarf gourami
zebra danio
cory cat
twig fish catfish
whiptail catfish
apple snail
