When To Put Fry Into The Main Tank

I've got some platy fry and they're 3-4 weeks old with 1 being 7 weeks and 1 being 1 week. How big or how old do the fry need to be before going in the main tank? Until I can sex them? Until they're sexually mature? When they're 3 months? When they're 1 inch?

Ok right now I could but once I get my gouramis I can't yet.

I just put 5 week old guppy fry in with the big ones, they chased them a bit for a few mins, but now they ignore them.
My 4 week Platy fry look too small to go back with Mum yet though.
