i currently add 1ml of interpet flora boost or 1ml of nutrafin plant gro every other day.
i have a 40 litre cube tank
i do 30% water change a week
should i add the fertilizers before or after doing a water change

Depends when the water change occurs in relation to your lighting period. If you have lights on most of the day and do the change at night, then I would dose in the morning, and not again after the change. If you do the change before lighting then I would dose after the change.
