When Can I Add Blue Rams

Hello guys
I have just finished cycling my 120 Litre tank a week ago ish...When would it be safe to add a mated pair of blue rams???

Probably quite a wait to go but just wanted to ask....

The longer, the better as they can be very sensitive. I didn't add any to my community tank until it had been set up for about 4 months.

Never seemed to have much luck with the male, although the female was fine. It seems to be a common problem for people losing the male Rams.
