When can extra filter come out?

My 60 gallon has been running for nearly 2 weeks now. I put my old filter in the new tank and have a new fluval running along with it.

My question is when can I safely take the old filter out and return it to my 30 gallon without messing up the cycle of the 60 gallon?? Is there enough benificial bacteria in the new filter after 2 weeks??

after two weeks, there should be

just to be on the safe side, feed them lightly the first few days you take out the old filter and measure your ammonia and nitrites and increase feeding over 3-4 days
