If I'm not mistaken, that's a spider plant --- a non aquatic plant. It looks like it's starting to rot

I looked at this a minute or so ago and i thought exactly the same thing, i also think its a non aquatic plant, spider plants are one of the easiest plants to grow outside of an aquarium.

Nope. Still not an aquarium plant. They're mostly used for terrariums-half-land/half-water type of tanks, that's why a lot of people mistake them as true aquatic plants. They're not, though.

It probably is. Its not an aquatic plant. As for what can you use instead of that, I'd recommend jungle val. Easy to grow, and looks good too!

cant believe aquatic shops sell non aquatic plants!!!!

lol nice save. generally speaking if the plant has white in it it's not aquatic. also aquatic plants will droop when out of water as they use the water to hold their rigidity.

try replacing it with vallis
