This came on in a matter of an hour or so. And it looks like I STILL CAN'T POST ATTACHMENTS!

The tetra looks like it's having a seizure. Mostly pointed down and jerking around. Just took it out and am acclimating it to a Q tank, but I don't know if it will live long.

Parameters are all normal. I've had it for about a month along with 9 just like it, who are all normal (so far. Just introduced 6 tiny tiger barbs, 2 ottos and 6 longfin pepper cories into my 55g.

Please ... any suggestions!!

Here's the Photobucket video ... copy and paste?

That's very odd...my best guess would be swim bladder trouble and/or an internal becterial infection.

Keep the water in the hospital tank quite shallow and treat with something for bacterial problems, Myxazin is pretty good.

I expected to see a dead fish this morning, but it seems just fine. Swimming around with my guppy fry. I'll leave it in there for the day then put it back with the rest. I did some asking around and several other people mentioned swim bladder troubles as well. Any ideas how that would happen?

Now I've noticed a sore on it, maybe 3mm across. I dosed the tank with some Melafix (it's what I have and no LFS). Still no ideas.

And WELCOME BACK TFF!!!
