What's Wrong With My Bristlenose?

Is this whitespot?
Is is an injury site?
Is it a normal marking I haven't noticed before?
It's the white mark on the left, where our heart would be - is this his heart too?!

Looks like an injory site to me. Keep a close eye on it, as it should heal itself. Injory sites can be suceptible to bactirial and fungral infections though, hence the advise to keep an eye on it. If in a few weeks time, it does not appear to have got any better, it my however be a marking. Is it possible to get a close-up of the patch?
