aqua glo and power glow, the power glo is more for the plants
there on 6 hours a day, i had them at 12 but got algae probs, been ok with 6


i added mature media from rabbut 2 X ex1200 foam and some of his water, not made a bit of difference

can you recommend any where for co2

Yeah id definatly look into co2.

I got my FE off ebay for £15 + p&p

Aqua essentials, it cost a bit more but i like spending money with them as theyre awesome and deserve to do well.

My swords looked identical to thoes when I bought them and can't remeber where I saw it but there was some great info showing submerged vs emerged sword leaves. Thoes are Emerged leaves...you can tell as they have a long slender strong stem to them then a short fat leaf. Submerged leaves are much longer and are normally "fat" the same thickness all the way till it tapers off at the tip

Mine had the same holes as well...I believe it was said to be old snail bites or the emerged leaves dieing off due to being submerged. Just give em plenty of light enough CO2 and Ferts if your giving em the 2wpg + range and watch them GROW like weeds
