Thanks to everyone who responded! Otherwise, I would have had no idea. I still haven't decided wether or not to put them back into their one gallon tanks, I would like to keep them in the betta condo and change the water every other day between medication treatments. Also, I'm not exactly sure how to put heaters into their tiny one gallon tanks.

If you think that the 1 gallons are tiny, then what do you think of that thing that you have them in now? And there's no heaters in the condo either so why would it matter if you cant figure out how to put heaters in the 1 gallons.

it wasnt fin rot, but it was a bacterial infection, do a 70% water change (if in tank) 100% if in container an add some Kanamycin if it ever happens again, and quarantine him!!

You'd be better off getting them each a 2-5 gallon tank with a heater each so that this (hopefully) won't happen again, if you can clear it up. It's hard to heat a 1 gallon tank but it can be done, though it's easier with a 2 gallon or bigger.
