They're going to ask for water stats! Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH. If you don't have a freshwater master test kit, go get one. The liquid kind. I guess the dip strips can be really inaccurate.

my levels are all fine i test them every few days with a liquid master kit.
I have had four guppies die and my queen loach, i tryed using Pimafix i think its called its an all natural medicine, and two days later half my fish stock died.

some are still flashing, there are no signs of parasites, but what is causing the flashing!?
