what's the tap water like

I had a look to see if I could find the stats for the water in the Newhaven area, but it seems that they're not published on the net.

However, I did find information about where the local water comes from, how it's treated (ozone, carbon and chlorine, no mention of chloramine) and even what to do to it to make it safe for ponds and aquariums! (nothing we didn't already know though)
