alright guys and girls im going off to my lfs ina couple hours to go and get some more female molly's as atm ive got 3f to 6 male  so they are seriously out numbered i was going to add another 6 to try and level things out but I currently have

9 molly's
4 tetra's( they are going to my mate in next couple of days)
4 male guppies also going to my friend once bigger as tried 4 already and his 4 angel fish ate them
9 f endlers/guppies they are half thesize of my mollys thats including the fry ive had

so if i add them all up that would be

15 mollys
9 endlers/ guppies,

thats once my mate takes the 8 fish off me in a couple days will this be safe for my fish ???

and is it true that its for every 3cm of fish it needs 1 litre of water ??

15 mollys + 9 endlers/ guppies in a 100L = fine!

.....unless they start breeding, of course. Which they will.

well the guppies had already been upto their old tricks with the endlers and im sure ive got 3 that maybe preg so ive got a lose eye on them just incase and thanks for replying :good:

One thing that I always avoid, as a registered wild type endler breeder, is allowing endlers and guppies to mix in any tank. I even refuse to keep both species in the same room for fear of accidentally using a net in both tanks that moves one fish to the other fish's tank.
Your mollies and guppy/endlers will be self limiting. Once you have so many fish that you are starting to worry about tank population, you will find that the tank population will stabilize on its own. It is a long known fact that fish, or most other species for that matter, will only increase their numbers to a point where they are somewhat stressed by the population and then the population will stop growing. The only thing that is difficult to predict, in more general terms, is which fish will become the most common ones in your tank, the guppies or the mollies.

well i would recommend about 25-30 fish maximum but because the mollies and endlers will breed, i would get any more fish until you are certain that you can get rid of them. It also depends on the fish sizes too but because you will be expecting fry, i wouldn't add any highly susceptable fish such as neon tetras as the fry create a lot of ammonia so you will need to have hardy fish and you will need to keep the levels down.
hope this helps

@ Old Man. The endlers was a one off as my mate got me them for free as he thought they wa Molly's and wasn't till I saw them when he brought them round to mine I realised they wasn't and obv had no where else for them to go but in my tank.

@random919. Thanks for advice and I'm not going to add anymore as for stated reasons above :good:
